Cats-If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy. No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home with a total pet weight limit not to exceed 40 pounds on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is no weight restriction on the 1st floor. There will be a $350 charge (one-time fee) per pet. All one-time pet fees are due at move in. There is no monthly pet rent. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
