Their wide variety of management experience includes extensive renovations, predevelopment consultation, lease-ups, refinances, and tax credit compliance for properties ranging in size from 30 units to over 500 units. The three principals have managed over 15,000 units with a market value of well over one billion dollars and share over 40 years of combined management experience.
