We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two pets per apartment with a 90lb weight limit! The pet fee is $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent per pet is $5. - Breed Restriction
We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. - Call for Policy
