The Links apartments and condos are located about 5-7 minutes from NC STATE, downtown Raleigh, Cary, and 15 minutes from Wake Tech, and convenient to many shopping centers. It is tucked away in a serene setting, a very peaceful and safe community surrounded by the RGA golf course off of Tryon Road. It's a great place to live if you are looking for a quiet, clean neighborhood and the location is excellent! Because it is the slow season, they are running specials right now, rent and deposit could be cheaper depending on you move-in date.
They do not allow subleasing, so you will need to go through the application process and sign a new lease agreement (6-?? months). You also have the option to buy (privately owned condos). I am moving to California at the end of November but will be paying rent until another tenant signs a lease.
There is a washer/dryer hookup. I am willing to leave my washer and dryer if it is needed, no charge. I also have a microwave that matches the appliances (the apt does not have one).
